Again. AGAIN it happened to me! ARGH!!! Why oh why do I continue to refuse to first write entries in Word?! Why do I trust the computer not to eat them!?! And it was such a nice entry...But your eyes will never view it, because if I learned anything as an English major in college, it was that no writing of this nature is ever good the second time around. When it's off-the-cuff, you don't put too much thought or effort into it. If I were to write that same entry all over again, it would sound contrived. And you would definitely think so, too.
Anyhow, it said something about the sun being out and this month being the second rainiest month on record with over nine inches of rain blah blah blah. Then I went on to address how engrossed I am with Angels and Demons, Dan Brown's first novel (he of The DaVinci Code fame). And I was just about to go finish the last ten pages of the freaking book that's been screaming "READ ME" at me all morning, when this damn thing ate my entry. Now I have wasted an additional ten minutes typing this stupid, inadequate replacement entry. Oh yeah -- that reminds me. There was also something in there about me being too busy and not being able to wait until I'm a full time student so I'm in charge of my own schedule. But I'm sure you'll hear more about that later, and frankly I don't have the time right now. Bah.
